Swiss meringue buttercream

Even thought I used salted butter and crisco my Swiss meringue buttercream still tasted pretty good. Now I can only imagine how it will AMAZING it will taste will

Un-Salted butter and sweetex(hi-ratio shortening). 

I am on a roll, first I completed a card and now I made a cake. This one is Alittle special because it was my first time making home made fondant and it taste so delicious  

Yet again I made another card in a box and it only took me two weeks to complete this card. .

Trying something new and I love it, sure beats going without Starbucks(no Starbucks in muscle shoals Alabama, no good coffee place at that) so I bought the caramel mochiotto discoveries by the milk, I blended ice and added one teaspoon of Hershey chocolate powder and a 3 teaspoon of coconut oil.... They'd right coconut oil because it's good for energy and digestive system and Wala a frappacino was born in my kitchen
